
π½οΈ Meal of the Day: Honey Garlic Chicken & Veggie Bowl
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast (cubed)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup carrots (sliced or shredded)
1 cup cooked rice (white or jasmine)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper

How to Make It
Cook the chicken Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high.
Add chicken, salt, and pepper.
Cook until golden (6β8 minutes).
Add flavor Stir in honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Let it simmer for 2β3 minutes until sticky.
Cook the veggies Add broccoli and carrots directly to the pan.
Cover and steam/cook for 3β4 minutes.
Assemble Put rice in a bowl.
Add chicken and veggies on top.
Spoon extra sauce over it.
